Deniz Doğruyol was born in 1977 in İzmir.
She studied Photography at the Faculty of Fine Arts, 9 Eylül University.
She began her artistic journey in Istanbul, where she initially worked with paper and natural materials.
Using paper mache and collage techniques, she created works that question human nature and the concept of sustainability.
The artist draws from various disciplines to express her art through a multi-faceted language.
Each discipline allows her to approach the subject matter in greater depth.
In 2012, Doğruyol moved to Los Angeles, where she began studying painting at Saddleback Fine Arts.
During this time, she established Dadaistudio and continued her work in the studio.
Her art, which questions cultural impositions, female existence, and universal norms, has been featured in significant exhibitions such as Art en Capital and Art Monaco,
and she has participated in group shows across various cities in the United States.
In 2014, she held her first solo exhibition, Step in Time, in Los Angeles.
Returning to Istanbul in 2018, Doğruyol continues her production at Dadaistudio, using her art as a tool to explore the depths of human existence.
In her works, she boldly uses irony and color to make life more livable, encouraging viewers to think deeply and explore universal questions.
